Our Company is Sleepy Bear Cabins, LLC, we manage and rent cabins.
Our company provides quality, caring, dependable service that will
surely surpass your expectations as an owner of investment property.
We have 14 years experience in the rental management business. Our
team commitment is providing superior service to both property owners
and guests. Our priority is to rent your property and care for the
property so that your guests not only enjoy their stay, they will
book return visits year after year, in addition, they will tell
their family, friends, neighbors and coworkers about the great experience
they had. Repeat business is one key to our success.
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the most visited national
park in the world. This year 13 million+ visitors are expected (projected
to increase to 17 million within 5 years) to travel to the Smokies
to enjoy fishing, hiking, golf, snow skiing, bear watching...or
just plain rest and relaxation.
Internet Advertising is by far the best way to reach the vast majority
of potential guests. We employ a full-time Internet Marketing Specialist
Team. Their purpose is to maintain our site on a daily basis, assuring
that our site is highly visible on the Internet providing the exposure
we need. They maintain search engines such as; Google, Yahoo, MSN,
Redzee, BellSouth, etc...all with first page ranking. In addition
throughout each and every day our "pay per click" is monitored
using the moneys where it is needed most, which is determined by
the key words prospective guests are using to access the Internet
sites.
Our office is located on the main Parkway in Sevierville, allowing
easy access to potential walk-in guests and check-in's as well.
Office hours are: 8am-11pm, Monday - Saturday, 9am-11pm, Sundays.
During the winter months we open at 9am-10pm. We are open 363 days
per year. If guests want to speak with a reservationists, we are
available. We have 6 - 1 800 lines for callers. We offer on-line
booking, allowing guests to book a cabin on-line 24/7 without assistance.
Our office staff consists of 5-full time reservationists and 2-part
timers, that are proficient and congenial whether assisting in finding
the perfect cabin or resolving issues with a guest.
Our maintenance man, Bob, is dedicated to providing year-round
maintenance protecting your income producing property. Throughout
each month; AC/furnace filters are changed, light bulbs, batteries,
smoke alarms, fire alarms and hot tubs are checked, if and when
a problem occurs with a guest, example: breakers reset, no hot water
etc..these problems are attended to ASAP. Cleanliness in every cabin
is a must. We employ contract cleaning teams assigned to specific
cabins. After each check-out every hot tub is drained, sanitized,
refilled and bromine added. We have our own laundry facility with
two full time attendants.
